[Cin] Server - Website - Git - MantisBT

The website is online again. We have upgraded Linux on the server and 
have now extended the SSL certificate to almost a year. Some changes 
also had to be made to Cloudflare, these changes can affect MantisBT, 
git and the forum. If you have any difficulties or notice any anomalies, 
please let us know. Many thanks also to GG and Phyllis for their active 
support. Sometimes it takes teamwork to fix the annoying bugs.

Some tasks (user requests) are still open and will be processed in the 
next days.
