[Cin] Shape Wipe Transitions and GIT checkin

GG/Phyllis, sorry, maybe I have wrong to draw the photomontage.
The title bar's lenght of "Wipe" and "Direction" are differents from 
Mask tool. My fault.
Could you make them like Mask tool, for consistency, please?
I added a picure to show the difference.
