[Cin] Segfault if I try to change effect's position (below/above) relative to second effect (video)

Andrew - fun and games here with "too-dark" / phone DOG videos.  We could
not reproduce a SEGV and gg could not determine a cause or create a fix for
it unfortunately.  Will keep the dmp file around in case it helps whenever
it happens again.

GG says too much missing data in the Dog videos but here is what he came up
with while I watched and learned a few things.  Although what you had
already generated was a vast improvement that let's you see what is going
on.  Load a.xml to see the results.  Then b.xml, c.xml, and d.xml for the
other 3.  File at:
