[Cin] Imported sequences in Master Project and the Viewer

Thanks Andrea_paz for the pdf Manual. I saw the new Use case.

About redrawing the two images of the Camera and Projector I hope 
someone can do them.
Eventually, if nobody can do it , I will do it.

PS (Off Topic):
I noticed that Cinelerra-GG build has "cropp.plugin" file into 
"cin5/plugins/" directory instead of "cin5/pugins/video/" directory. It 
is strange, I think.
