[Cin] Bump Autos + other checked into GIT

New "Bump Autos" have been checked into GIT.  A demo is at:

The initial goal was to resolve some of the issues reported with Speed with
the end result of application to all of the float autos (to include Camera
and Projector).  Documentation is not yet available due to Phyllis not
being available much to do anything.  Hopefully it will get done by the
31st.

Test builds for Ubuntu 20, Mint 18 and Arch can be downloaded (*in about 2
hours from now*) at
   https://cinelerra-gg.org/download/testing/
look for the one with today's date on it.

The icon symbols that were checked in are still being worked too.  GG
