[Cin] ffmpeg upgraded from 4.1 to 4.3 + Thirdparty libraries

GG ever gets the time and energy to absorb some of them.

I wonder if we should add  "spectrum_analyzer_x1"  to l v2_blacklist.txt ,
but I am not sure of the correct format.?
