[Cin] HW in render farm

Trying a local render farm with the master in h264-nevenc I have the
following errors:

[h264_nvenc @ 000001dd6c5400c0] OpenEncodeSessionEx failed: out of memory (10)
[h264_nvenc @ 000001dd6c5400c0] No NVENC capable devices found

Using nvenc without render farm is OK; using render farm without nvenc is OK.
