[Cin] Importing tracks with timecode

It is not as easy as it sounds - it never really is.
"Mixer Align by Audio" currently section 14.1.1 is a pretty good
description of how to do this. You might have to read 14.1 too on the
"Mixers". The manual is at:

Try that first and if you have questions, email them here. It has been
awhile since we have tested it to make sure nothing has fallen through the
cracks.
