[Cin] av1 encoding speed with libaom-git

Not EXACTLY same fragment, but same frame size (720x400), 
project colorspace (rgba-float), and duration - 10.9 seconds.

ignore plugin reg. errors, they come from my use of  ffmpeg.git :}

Nearly 0.4 fps sounds nearly reasonable .. but this is for
basically SD sized frame.

I used cpu-used 8 (fastest possible) speed setting.
I suggest it as default, because otherwise ....
'my computer too slow to encode this!'

Libaom version I integrated (by just mv'ing my own tar.xz archive into thirdparty/src
during slackbuild prepare phase) was:

    2-3% speed gain on low res speed 8 50K on linux, 1-2% speed up on ARM.
