[Cin] Missing FHD presets

Unfortunately, only project colorspace above 8-bit is 32-bit float ..this considerably slow down processing.

But if you wish you can add them like this (I think):


{ N_("(HDV 10 bit) 720p/60"),	2, 2, 48000,	1, 1, 60000.0 / 1001,
		1280,720,  16,9, ILACE_MODE_NOTINTERLACED, BC_RGBA_FLOAT },

I think shotcut can record from some pro capture cards (via  ffmpeg too, but this requres some non-free libs during compilation). If you have someone with hardware you can try to capture small sample and see how it come out .....
