[Cin] Use MAXCHANNELS define in mwindow.C

Hi Andrew!
I think it was right as before. If understand well, that max number of 
channels is 6 because 5.1 (=6) channel surround (home theatre system).
There is also 7.1 channel surround but I think it is so extreme.
