[Cin] Including libavformat/internal.h into ffmpeg.h was huge mistake on my side....

It caused all those weird errors in filedv/fileexr.

now, I have dilemma about resetting those changes from ffmpeg or trying to localize effect of this header inclusion to just some function ..... (not sure if such thing even possible)
