[Cin] WEird build error with clang-10 ad gcc 5.5 headers

Well, I usually update packages I'm interested in (or ones giving errors during some compilation of other software dependent on them)
so for now I have new clang/llvm from -current (well, they have 11.0 now, I still have 10.0.1!), yet gcc/libstdc++ is still from Slackware-14.2 (gcc 5.5.0)!
Do not worry too much, this error is due to my hacking, I have Cin compiled and working again.
