[Cin] Fast reverse playback crash in latest cinGG?

Andrew,
I was able to get a hang, but not a crash, on my laptop using 4K Big Buck
Bunny RGBA-float, playing fast reverse.  GG has checked into GIT a cache
fix and now I can no longer get the hang.  When you have time, see if this
fixes the problem you encountered also -- he says there is a high
probability that it will.
