[Cin] CinGG and ffmpeg 4.4

Andrea,
If you get this going and do some crucial testing, let me know so we can
update CinGG with 4.4. (I can fix and test patch2 so take it out as Andrew
suggested).

Also, should Andrea apply the patch3 diff file you provided around April 2
while testing also? ffmpeg_git_patch_3_update.diff
Because I was compiling with ffmpeg git (commit
