[Cin] [PATCH] Tooltips for batchrender window, GUI-driven hide of 'Save to EDL Path'

Andrew,  I just did a basic test of this so far (and it looks good) as well
as RafaMar's but I have to check both more thoroughly.

Hopefully, we can all compromise and I can come to a good conclusion
today.  I am still testing and analyzing the latest provided patches.  (1)
the tooltips will be added; (2) I can change the default value for the
"warning on mismatch -- which Andrew has as "Unsafe GUI in batchrender" to
be off instead of on so that new users will never see it;  (3) and as you
probably already have guessed I like the idea of leaving in something like
your unsafe button because I hate the idea of deleting anything that really
is useful
