[Cin] *Broken* patch - reset some parameters in Titler (crashes Cin!)

So, I tried to implement resetting of most numerical
parameters in Titler  gui.

Yet, my attempt crashes at Titler window close/Cin exit :(

So, DEFINITELY not for merging, but only as 
my current state of hacking
