hm, probably because files already differ from clean git tree this series
was based on? Anyway they useful only for guarding x86-specific parts of
code, for building on non-x86

hm, strange... need to look into it, but again this is termux-specific part
and should be guarded by termux ifdefs, so not relevant on x86/Linux

no, i just added this script as way to remember specific long configure..
you can configure your usual way..
