[Cin] export_edl patch

Andrew,
I have no way to check, but the patch went in just fine and here is what it
generated using matrixNoAudio.mov:

I was hoping pycmx would be helpful (The *pycmx* package provides a basic
interface for parsing a CMX3600 EDL.)
but I have not figured out how to use it yet (still trying to get patch2 of
ffmpeg-4.4 working).   ...Phyllis
