[Cin] Cannot render above 60FPS

I tried the new framerates and they all work without any problems.
Below is the result of some renderings.

[project time 3:48 min; render in .mp4, h264; Note: I didn't use the
render farm so the encoding was more or less single-threaded]

set format 30 fps ==> project: 5085 frames ==> rendering 64 fps

set format 90 fps ==> project: 15258 frames ==> rendering 70.8 fps

set format 100 fps ==> project: 16953 frames ==> rendering 71.4 fps

set format 240 fps ==> project: 40687 frames ==> rendering 73.4 fps
