[Cin] cannot seem to get an overlay to be 100% opaque

Thank you for your hard work on Cin.

I'm using the latest official release of Cin for Ubuntu.

My issue:
-------------
No matter what I try, when placing a video cropped and laid over top of
another video always has some degree of transparency. I simply want 100 %
opaque overlay of a smaller video on top of a larger one in the background.

My two video files are h264 from nvidia nvenc in OBS, 2560x1440. They're
both the same physical dimensions originally, but I want to crop one of
them down and overlay it on top of the other. But it always has some form
of transparency.

What I've tried:
--------------------
I've used the internal crop filters to reduce something. No luck.

I've used Avidemux to crop the video and import it as a new clip. No luck.

I've tried each and every overly method in the patchbay. No luck.

I'm out of ideas.

Is it possible to have a video 100% opaque over a larger one in the
background?

I've even tried to follow this video, and the f_colorkey filter does not
work like that video shows.

Thank you for your help on this matter.
