[Cin] article about making flatpack

gtk2 builds a bit more involved (gtk2 used in cingg's lv2 integration, so
if one  makes flatpack builds without lv2  it can be simpler, at least for
first iteration ?)

there is mesa/vaapi platforms, so hopefully it can solve vaapi library
mismatch on appimage?
