[Cin] crash

I tried to compile with
051-fux-typos-in-libdv-ifdefs-in-livevideo.patch and
0001-fix-compilation-problems.patch. The first one I was able to
apply, the second one not.
I still have crashes when starting CinGG:

MWindow::init_theme: theme_plugin not found.
