no.. for some reason both builds failed to patch configure.ac??

for me it exist after successfull build:

$ ls thirdparty/libavc1394-0.5.4/configure.ac -la
-rw------- 1 u0_a116 u0_a116 627 Nov 26 16:09 thirdparty/libavc1394-0.5.4/
configure.ac
$

how exactly you patch? git am or simple  patch?
