[Cin] Updated CinGG release for downloading the AppImage

*GIT for Cinelerra-GG has the following changes from 10/01/2021-10/31/2021*
The instructions for using AppImage in the file, *README_appimage.txt*, was
updated by *Terje*.
*Cineform, DPX, MXF *additional render formats have been provided as used
in ffmpeg by *Andrea*.
*Title video plugin* now correctly fades in/out as reported by *Camille.*
This bug had been around a
  very long time (see BT #559) with the fix now done by a Freelancer.
Many *plugins were being reloaded* in the AppImage on every start which
could take awhile on some
 computers. *MatN* has expertly fixed this and changed that of the
Cinelerra_plugins also. Note that
 any time a new release/build is started for the first time, it will always
reload the plugins but each
 subsequent usage of that image will no longer require reloads as long as
you use the same .bcast5.
*Andrew-R contributions:*
 Opus and aom thirdparty libraries have had the examples and extras deleted
to save build time.
 *In support of Android/Termux* CinGG compile, patches for libwepb and
libaom have been added.
 Defaults for mxf render format have now been established.
*Hungarian translation* as created using google with a 90% automated
procedure is now available. To
use, keyin the following in a window: LANGUAGE=hu
