[Cin] line in manual saying 32-bit OS not enough for BD

I removed the line from the GIT manual.
Also, updated bluray section to add "Profile", "use tsmuxer", and Chapters
at Intervals 'how to' for bluray.  Should have updated the corresponding
pngs for bluray but could not get the pulldown to show.
