[Cin] Cingg crash with too low 'ulimit -n'?

Interesting find -- huh, I wonder if they got that resolution from CinGG
BugTracker #620 that was submitted on August 11, 2022? and that both Andrea
and I responded to with the solution of increasing ulimit?
