[Cin] Optipng'ing picons?

I run

optipng -o7 *.png in picons dirs and it seems to reduce size down for
measurable amount (100s kb)

This does not seems much but I discovered icon theme got pulled into main
cin binary, so hopefully smaller binary will work tiny bit better ...
