[Cin] possible aspect ratio bug with rotated videos?

Andrew, thank you. I checked just this one-liner into GIT.
A couple of days ago, besides the cache.C for Slackware undo EDL and
plugin.opts for OpenCl, I also checked into the bdwrite ilaced mods that
fixed the problem of 1 case that Terje ran into.
