[Cin] Ligature rendering in the title effect

Within Cinelerra the Title effect does not seem to have the same result for 
the same font. The rendering backend within Inkscape gives ligatures and 
cursive connections of the Parisienne in an ideal way. Cinelerra does not 
join the letters.

The individual renderings, notice the broken connection between the 'a' and 
'n'.
