[Cin] cppcheck-related patches

Checked into GIT these 7 cppchecks.  Thank you Andrew.

I tried to do a build with cppcheck patches. All OK.

Yes that is true and so that is why the one we are using for CinGG is the
last one where SURF was still default and no non-free flag was needed.
