[Cin] digging in archives

The actual URL location is:
   http://www.assistcg.com/video/transitions.html

But there is other information about Cinelerra under Workstation and
Tutorials pulldown in assistcg.com.
The Transitions are under the Video pulldown and somewhere on that website
it statesOK to use as long as link is to assistcg.com so that is why it is
listed in the manual that way.    I will clarify that too when updating the
manual, if that is OK with Andrea?

Or we could indicate the repository in the manual. For example we
