[Cin] cppcheck-related patches

[Andrew Randrianasulu]

After being beaten by missing returns I tried to re-run cppcheck 2.8 over
cin-gg codebase.

Few issues I do not know how to correct, for others I have patches to test

I think they definitely for next month testing
