[Cin] possible alpha bug in processing

!!!! I re-tested with clean Cinelerra_rc - apparently alpha plugin adds
alpha as expected (and it saved in pngA) BUT track fader still gives me
255-ed alpha channel, as seen  in gimp-2.10
