[Cin] Reproducible crash with specific files and steps

I tried to download files from streamable but they downloaded as mp4 ?

Loading those mp4 on separate tracks, adding Overlay effect, switching
Format to rgb8 from rgba-8 , quitting, loading backup on next run,
switching format to rgba-8 does NOT crash for me.

also note I am on 32 bit, will try on 64 bit chroot too
