Updated libraries include the following:
Flac to1.4.2 from 1.4.0

Mailing List problem for users with gmail accounts continues to be an issue that may remain unsolved for some time. Google has not responded to Case ID 8-1804000033973 logged by Phyllis and there is no longer any expectation that they will. The problem is that Google is now treating the email to gmail users to be “possibly unsolicited” even though it has been in use and stable for a limited number of users for 2 ½ years. To monitor the Mailing List, just view the latest at:
https://www.mail-archive.com/cin@lists.cinelerra-gg.org/maillist.htmland now I am not sure if gmail users can even send mail to go through.
