[Cin] Revert c/c++ standards for thirdparty components

Andrew, this patch also built here with no problems.  I "think" I have ways
to test this some more for a couple of days too before checking into GIT.
Thanks and glad you got TERMUX going again as it is sure convenient to have
this working on your tablet.
