They just disabled by default in ffmpeg configuration. I enabled them for
local ffmpeg 4.4 builds just for seeing if they will work - not come around
for testing yet ( I think vapoursynth uses same libraries, for some remote
control? so I had them installed at some point)

Not sure how that all works anyway.
