[Cin] Fix for appimagetool build?

I tried to build tools / makeappimagetool  on Slackel 7.7.1 (Slackware
-current from nov 8 2023)  and run into same problem as Andrea. So, I fixed
build by applying two include patches from upstream.

Please test?
