[Cin] Latest git issues

First make sure that file exists (sudo cp
{cindat_path}/doc/99-ShuttlePRO.rules /etc/udev/rules.d/).
Then before starting CinGG, unplug the ShuttlePro for a few seconds and
plug back in again.
