[Cin] glitches in audio resources on timeline

Could not duplicate the problem in trying 4 different aac files that I
downloaded.  Tested with Video Driver X11 and also OpenGL.  Maybe like
Andrew suggested, you could upload to somewhere a small sample aac file
that exhibits the issue?
