[Cin] Workflow issues for multitrack editing (bug)

It did not crash for me. I think I did the exact set of steps with "in the
Resources Window, Clip Folder ""Right click on the clip, OpenEDS."" , I did
Right click on the clip, Open EDL".  I tried a couple of times with an mpeg
type file.  I will test other formats.
