[Cin] Workflow issues for multitrack editing (bug)

The small Nikon d3200.mp4 file I tested did not crash either.  I also
transcoded it to .mov and still no crash.
SIGFPE is some kind of fatal arithmetic error so I wonder if it is specific
to the input data.  Continuing to test here.
