[Cin] Timecode prominent in compositor

guess no one coded this yet (there was request for fps  in corner there
also ....)

Are you hope to have hotkey for toggling timecode (project) in compositor?
Otherwise I think it may obscure something ...


Sorry for late answers, I run into some bugs due to misunderstanding of
Makefiles. So I recompile things a lot in VMs with *BSDs
