[Cin] libtiff 4.4.0 fix?

I did not have this problem when building the 6 AppImages today but that is
because I have had this error in my build log for some time and never knew
how to fix it. Not even sure when it started but it was in 2021 or 2022 --
I will narrow it down to see which change created the issue and let you
know.
