[Cin] mesa vaapi hw encoder fix soon in mesa git?

Andrew, so does that mean that when using the latest version of ffmpeg with
mesa/vaapi and encoding into mkv, this will automatically work with CinGG?
Also, still waiting for ffmpeg 6.1 and hoping it is released this month yet.
