[Cin] ffmpeg 6.0 in future

Starting to test ffmpeg 6.0 and have converted the 17 patches required from
5.1 to 6.0 ALTHOUGH was planning on waiting for 6.1 to be released.  I will
upload the set of changes somewhere as soon as I find a place to do so
easily. Patches that have been included in 6.0 so no longer needed are:
patch6, patchD, and patchE.  The good news is that bluray patches still
work as they are the most troublesome.

More later as testing proceeds.
