[Cin] Cinelerra-GG packages build farm

So far just 3 assets: one single .deb plus the two tar sources.


At the same time:
Would it be possible to add the timestamp as part of the file names as 
useful info like in the old packages?

In comparison the current AppImages use the following naming convention
