[Cin] Cinelerra-GG packages build farm

I will suggest to add openSUSE Leap 15.5 among the distributions.
A first test of the current rpm package dependices:
nothing provides 'libIlmImf-2_2.so.22()(64bit)' needed by the to be
installed cinelerra-5.1-20231008.x86_64
Leap 15.5 provides libIlmImf-2_2.so.23()(64bit)
