[Cin] How to put new transitions in the appimage?

Regretfully, I don't know. When I figured out how to create an AppImage,
setting up the directory structure was relatively easy (simplified
existsing source code). But packing that into AppImage format was
difficult. Therefore CinGG relies on the external tool appimagetool,
which is specific for each platform. I couldn't figure out how to build
it properly as part of CinGG, like I could for the
makeappimage tool (in the Tools directory).
So I think the only way for now is the unpack-modify-pack sequence
described in the appendix Phyllis mentioned.
Maybe it can be done by a "native" build for a platform, not an
appimage.

PS. I wasn't the only one having problems gathering the source to build
appimagetool. Some people made a little progress since, but I have not
delved into it. time...
